Platypus skeleton by jeneurell

Platypus skeleton

I don't think I've ever seen a platypus skeleton before. It must be a male platypus because there is a spur on it's hind leg and the female does not have a spur. The spurs are poisonous so take care should you ever be in the position to hold a live one. This one is in the Bone Museum at Gympie.
Oh how interesting, I have never seen one before.
