There are more and more blocks of units around the Maroochydore waterfront. Whether this is a good thing or not is a matter of opinion. These were at Cotton Tree. Basically the conditions weren't much good for photography - just a dull grey but I was on my way home from a uke session at the Maroochy RSL so thought 'why not'. There was so little colour in this shot that I changed it to black and white.
