It wasn't a bright sunny day, but I still had trouble with too much light so put the camera in manual mode, had the asa down to 100, the f stop to 22 and my camera says 0.3 for the speed but I'm not too sure just what that means. I should have walked back up to the car and got the ND filter. Next time.
