The local library had an 'art sale' this morning so I went along and bought some tracing paper, some acetate sheets, and some drawing paper. Wrapped around the tracing paper was a shiny sheet of decorative paper - a bit like an alfoil with a checkered pattern on it - the sort of thing a florist might use. So that is what I used for the background for this flower shot.
