"Kleiner Pyhrgas" - this is a mountain in the Austrian Alps. I've climbed it on my last hike.
This is the first photo of a series on the way to the summit. I would be pleased if you accompany me.
The difficulty of this mountain is classified as "medium". You need no special equipment, but should be sure-footed and free from giddiness.
In the darkness we went away from home by car. It takes a good hour to reach the foot of the mountain. As you can see it's foggy in the valley. But we know that above the sun is shining and there awaits us a clear view...
@mariapachon Maria, please excuse my English - it's not my mother tongue. I would like to answer your question, but can not find a German translation for the word "difuminate". Could you please tell me, in other words, what you mean exactly?
@jerome oh oh...it is my fault...I.m neither english..just from Catalonia..however I live in London...you could not understand because I invented the word...lol..sorry..I thought it existed..kind of spanglish language. :) I meant the blur in the background...
@mariapachon
Dear Maria,
o.k. - spanglish :) . From Spain you are - very nice! In Barcelona I was about 30 years ago, so it is quite a while ago... Some very nice days I spent there.
You mean the trees in a brownish tone away in the background, and dissolve in bright area on the top left? Here I have not made any special manipulation. This had the camera ready from reality. The brownish tone is been added subsequently by me, also the slightly greenish tinge in the grass. The silhouettes I have strengthened, the "granular" in some tribes and the grass is added. - All done by Lightroom and Photoshop.
I hope, I could answer your question.
Thank you for your friendly interest. Please tell me if you have further questions.
What a beautiful beginning to your hike (our hike?? - will feel like I'm right with you - but will have to take this substitute) Love the softness the mist gives and the processing of the colors to achieve the effect you wanted. You're quite talented with your processing skills. Looking forward to the next level of the climb. Fav
