I've seen on Walmgate Stray for at least 10 years. Used to be a small but viable population then they suddenly disappeared.
4 new houses have recently been built and 2 of the owners are growing wild flowers instead of lawns, including masses of Birdsfoot Trefoil. That's the baby food for Common Blue and about 160 other invertebrates.
