Update

Lots of snow recently. Blizzard, snow drifts. Unfriendly conditions! But the storms have left lots of fun behind and relatively mild temps, still mostly above zero! Holiday greetings to my 365 friends. I've been in a major slump. No phojo at all. But a teacher colleague has just joined 365 ("rowley") and is much more of an outdoorsman, so I'm already getting inspired by his photography. Check him out if you want more Arctic life from a different perspective. Meanwhile, I'm hoping to get back in the mix. I've missed you! :-)
Looks so wintery! I felt like that so joined Get Pushed and it really has made me expand my comfort zone.

So good you have inspired a friend to join 365. Always remember that what might be an everyday photo to you is of great interest to others who may never get to visit your beautiful country!

Nice capture of a wintery scene. First snow here this morning. Just a flurry, which quickly melted

@dide Thanks for the reminder, Dianne. I know that's true for me. It's the simple things, really.
@seattlite Thanks, Gloria!
@shepherdman Thank you! Stay warm, yourself. :-)

Looks so pretty but what you have to suffer to get such a scene. Breaks from 365 - and photography generally - are essential for me. Go0d to see you're back Joan! I look forward to more winter shots from Alaska.

@yrhenwr Thank you, David, for your very sympathetic comments. Forgive me for not responding earlier. I have not been on 365 for weeks. Literally NO inspiration. I've got to get motivated! Meanwhile...the snow piles up!
