Some kind of art project was in progress at the Carmo Ruins, a 14th century church that was damaged during the 1755 earthquake, followed by a fire. I initially thought it was indeed a couple getting their wedding photos done, until they both put on full-face gas masks and attached themselves with a dryer hose. Two others were with them taking photos...as were many of the tourists visiting the ruins.
