What a gloriously sunny day it's been.
I'm just back from a stroll up the glen - my 'back yard'! It was heavenly - pure blue sky and panoramic views and bees buzzing around the heather. I joined the angelic choirs giving thanks! How blessed am I?!

The Heather must be magnificent up there, reminds me to go up the Trough of Bowland in the next week or so. A fantastic place for a walk & something I have got completely out of doing I'm afraid!
@happypat Yes, I remember walking in the Trough of Bowland - and the heather on the moorland there should be at its best now. It's a hidden gem, isn't it.
