The House of Bruar is a very upmarket shop selling country clothing, cashmere and gifts. There's also a very nice restaurant. This is 'the place to go' from our village - although it's a 30 mile drive over the Drumochter Pass. Today I enjoyed browsing and bought a few tasty treats in the delicatessen.
I'm a retired Episcopal Church minister living in the Highlands of Scotland. I've no photography skills but want the challenge of seeing the world around...
Great photo. ...it's years since we went via A9 on that section. I recall John and Norma Major were there for lunch at the next table and we're amused at Susannah's new socks with toes! Hee hee....a fun memory!
