This is part of the Wild Cat Trail around the village. I haven't been on this path for years and had forgotten how steep the hillside was and how narrow the path ... with a raging river at the bottom! The rowan trees were beautiful and the bracken will be in its autumn glory in a week or two. I'm not sure I'll be returning to check it out though!
