I just love Turku in the summer. When the temperatures rise over 20C (around 26C today, I guess), us Finns, we flock outside and bask in the sun. Here in Turku the place to bask is the riverside.
And I was there today, too. In good company. Basking. Sometimes the best moments in life are made of really small things, like ice cream and smiles. And a small, cold cider in the half-shade of these trees. Can you notice it, I'm pretty happy? :)
Oh, and totally loved playing around with NIK Software's Analog Efex Pro 2. So many filters on this shot that it's nearing ETSOOI.
@kwind The sunshine was just glorious. I'm such a summer person! :) @kanelipulla 5C?! BRRRR! That's exactly why I couldn't live up North. I need my 25C in May! ;)
@janim :D No worries. :P Yeah, multiple filters will illuminate things, it seems. But at the moment it's really quite nice by the river, as the trees aren't carrying full foliage yet. It makes them look a bit like something out of a pastel painting.
Very interesting & unique processing, I like those scratches, they add to the mood so much. The light & green tone is perfect too. Good to know you are happy, it´s wonderful how one little word, look, smile or gesture can make so big difference inside of person, it can make everything better. Happy happy times ahead you, enjoy them to the fullest! The beginning of a relationship is always such magical time...I´m really looking forward having that again, someday when I´m ready to open my heart to someone new again, now I´m just happy for you :)
@susale Thank you, so much. For all of that. :) I'm definitely enjoying feeling ridiculously happy. ;) @humphreyhippo I never used the AE that much at all. May have to change my ways and look into both versions a bit better!

I'm liking AEP2, but have found myself going back to v1 for a few things just for its simplicity.
