I have so wanted to participate in the golden-hour camera setting challenge, however the weather hasn't been too cooperative. And when it does I seem to be unable to take advantage. So this morning when in about the middle of that hour I noticed the sun come out I dashed outside with my camera and up the street to find some golden light. But with building shadows and clouds I didn't have a lot of opportunity. But like this a little bit as a beginning place.
The colours are getting there Joan but, for me, a successful 'Golden Hour' shot has to be about colour and composition. Can you not plan out the shot you want to take in advance so that when you get the right 'Golden Hour' light, you can get straight down to it?
@vignouse There was not supposed to be a golden hour and I had planned when there was go to #1 pond (think my light trails pic) But when it shot out I shot out the door but it was playing with the clouds. So you know me shot learn try again. I was out this morning in bathrobe and slippers and think I have some better ones, but again I didn't plan as it was supposed to be cloudy. But sitting on my porch was amazing. Will do that again even if csc14-08 is up.
