This is a photo adjustment I just learned in my scrapping class. I need to make a page and can't decide which to use. Posting version 2 in my extra's album.
This is my clear favorite. (Usually when people post choices, they are so close or both so wonderful.) What I like about this one is that the pixelated portion is honestly and completely pixelated, making it look like a mat up close. The other one has so much going on. If you wanted the more faded look with less contrast, I bet you could get that in this version.
This is the clear favourite for me. The other one is a bit random and put me in mind of a corrupted file; it is clear in this one that the effect is there for artistic purposes. And it's a great alternative flower pic.

Both are great but if you're going for the pixelated effect, then this is the better choice because it's more defined. Love the flower and the pretty colours.
