In the US fall hit last night with the autumnal equinox. The leaves are beginning to change with lovely pops of color everywhere. A long way from the height of foliage but still lovely. So I arose and left the house 1 1/2 hours early so I could stop at a few of my favorite spots to capture a few early fall photos. Hope I have chosen one you will like for todays photos. Tomorrow I'm heading for Peaks Island for a outing with my bff's.
Joan thank you for you sweet comments ....we will be heading south a little later this year. We will spend Christmas here to be with some of the family members who have had a rough year. Will head out after the first of the year...I'll still get some warmer desert shots to post...I hope!
This certainly says fall! Great lighting, really makes the colors glow. Love the water and the reflections, it's like glass. I like your method of going out to regular spots. I have been keeping my eye out for some around here. Maybe the ravens will make the list. Hope you have a lovely day!
@eyesmile Gena, I have been reviewing my early months on here and you know who was there most every day to encourage me - Gena. Thank because if I had given up I would never have experienced this.
This is gorgeous Joan...a beautiful morning golden hour capture. I love your composition, the reflections and the beautiful blue sky as a backdrop to the autumn colors. Fav
Really gorgeous!
