When we were on the Vermont-NH border on Sunday we saw lots of silo corn fields. This is close to the Cabot Farms which I believe is like a co op and they make the really good cheese. Not artisanal but good. I have a picture of the machine closer but loved the "whole picture" look of this - hills, foliage, and corn field. Thanks for all your commenting. I like the layers of colours in this Joan, and I'm intrigued by the band of corn which is much greener than the rest - is there a watercourse or something that runs beneath this part of the field?
I love fall pictures, just look at all the amazing colors, from gold to brown yellow to orange it's a feast for my eyes!
