The bird party has been at my feeder this weekend. I want to get a better picture of this fellow but thought this one was pretty decent if you don't blow it up too big. Working on the focus. Think I should take if off spot or do you widen the spot. Because when I have two birds on each side only one is in good focus.
Wow, this is quite amazing! Thanks for the challenge, I like the concept you came up with, incorporating my school work into something creative, I'll do some thinking on that one! Now, as for your challenge, seems we have been paired up again and after some thinking I've come up with an interesting challenge!
Now, when it comes to taking photos of birds you seem like a professional, but what if you were put into the birds spot?
I'd like you to make a collage of photos with the theme 'life as a bird', you can get as creative as you want and take photos from what you think a bird would get up to in it's daily business. Hope you have fun with this crazy challenge! (:
Nicely done Joan - I like the detail in the feathers and the colours in the out-of-focus background. Unless you have a very bright day when you can stop down to f/11 - f/16 you're stuck with fairly limited DoF so getting two birds in focus at once is always going to be difficult.
