I don't believe I will find another shot of fall color so late in the season. It is not a particularly great shot it was my amazement that in mid November I would find this much color anywhere as most trees were now naked.
Tonight the polar vortex is due to dumb it's frigid temperature on us and snow is likely. The last two storms have hit northern Maine this one is aiming at the Southern part of the state. So tomorrows picture may be lacking in color.

A great capture of this incredible Fall color. Nice to get a sense of how incredibly large and majestic the tree is. I love seeing that little bird house tucked right behind the garage--what a neat detail.
I saw this at first on my kindle but on the computer the colours of the tree is so much more vibrant, beautiful. It doesn't seem that long ago that we were all looking at snow pictures, where has this year gone?
