I was setting up hoping to get a bird shot today and this little nuthatch jumped on the feeder. I hadn't figured out my camera setting or lined it up to capture a whole bird but nuthatches are very quick. So snap and I got him well maybe 2/3's of him. Everything else I took is in the recycle bin and there were no other birds captured at the feeder through Two keep watch (or was she warming herself on the radiator). Thanks for visiting my project I don't say it often enough.
Taffy is spot on, you might not have got the whole bird in the frame, but I think it is still a nicely balanced composition, and the bird is in crisp focus!
@olivetreeann I was afraid of it being too small. Probably could have enlarged it after. I've done that a few times. I'm sure I'll get more experiences with this. Bird photography is fun but often frustrating. For some reason the birds don't like cooperating.
