Finally I have gotten out on a small photo road trip as the sun was rising this morning. Have good pictures to post this week. This is Estes Lake again. This is just a 10 minute ride from my home so that is why I choose it. Feeling better but energy still low.
That's beautiful Joan! I was hoping to get to see you this week. Family vacation to Acadia this week. But after 2 weeks with the grandbabies, I have to work this week rather than vacation. Dh and the teenager are up there, along with a teenager friend, and they're sending me photos each day. It is absolutely beautiful and I hate I'm missing it! Dh says he'll take me next summer when the puffins are plentiful again. If, between now and then, you find yourself on the road headed south again, PLEASE let me know so we can meet!!!!

How pretty! I'm glad to hear you're mending and able to get out for a little bit. I can imagine how you must want to do more but this kind of healing takes time so let it take all the time it needs. As for me and my plans they have altered yet again and I don't think I'll be making it to Maine this year. But that being said, it sounds like this is to your benefit which I'm glad for. So, perhaps 2017 will hold a visit to Maine- we'll see!
