That's what my gf and I could not figure out back than. Now we see it of course. For those too Young to remember they were a newspaper comic strip for many years. This is from left to right my best friend since I was in 2nd grade and she was in 1st, Brenda, me, my mom and my dad on a camping trip in NH I think. Not in Nov most likely late August. I am feeling nostalgic this week as I have been going through old photos and getting rid of more than I kept. I have way to many and sometimes several copies of the same picture. I have also thinned out some of my possessions which belonged to my parents and my hubby. I remind my self that I have the memories and don't need 3000 pictures.

Joan, I winced as I read what you wrote about throwing out the pictures! I used to go on eBay and BUY old photos as I used them in collages...mixed media with letters and ephemera! I think I could find some for sale for just the reason you stated, but there are some of us who love to create new things with them!
