Topping the barn by joansmor

Topping the barn

Is this a cupola when it tops a barn and looks like it may have served some purpose other than architectural. Don't know but it caught my eye and then I played in Color Efex which I haven't done for a while.
Oh, that's cool. I've never seen a cupola on a barn before.

I like the processing you did to bring out texture. An unusual feature to a barn.

@olivetreeann from Wikipedia - In architecture, a cupola /ˈkjuːpələ/ is a small, most often dome-like, structure on top of a building.[1] Often used to provide a lookout or to admit light and air, it usually crowns a larger roof or dome. This could provide a lookout or could admit light and air. So could be one.
