Dashed out to pick up my prescription because it was snowing again. Later it turned to rain but is supposed to snow again. This is where I park when I go to No 1 pond. Hard shooting over the banks.
My wife and I had to make a trip north of us on the 14th near Lake Erie and we ran into the same weather. Lake effect snow which made driving interesting.
From Brittany's relatively mild climate, I look at these shots agog. I can't imagine what this must be like to live with for weeks/months every year. Do you think you'd miss it if you didn't have it?
@s4sayer I lived in Florida in the 70"s and didn't miss the snow. What I missed was the spring when everything comes to life. We say if you can't take the winter you don't deserve the summer. But I think the photographer would miss these scenes.
