This is Maple syrup being poured out of the boiler. It has to reach a temp of 219F and they stop pour if it sinks to 212F. Then it goes to a final filter. Don't you just want to stick your finger in and give it a try.
I know what that tastes like- yum! When my dad moved to Vermont those many years ago and we started buying the "good stuff" up there, our days of "Log Cabin" and "Mrs. Butterworth's" were OVER!
