Do you see what I saw

I had seen a deer on this morning's drive earlier but couldn't get my cellphone going fast enough what with Pin numbers and opening the app. But now I thought Hay doesn't move. But then I spotted the bird of prey (that was all I could tell) so twice that morning I wished I had my camera which had a dead battery.
Nice landscape and bonus :)

Bummer re the battery but well seen

Well spotted, pity about the battery. You should make a point of carrying a spare on your drives Joan ;-)

Fabulous!! You know what? You saw it, much more important that getting a picture

Even with a camera in your backpack, your chances are slim. When we move, we make a lot of noise that animals can hear. Be glad you saw.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond You know that is what I tell myself. See it, enjoy it, grab the camera and take any picture you can get, and if time permits get a good picture. Because we lose too much joy in life if all we do is try to capture the good picture.

Wonderful shot

Yes, we spend so much time looking for a good photo and then when the occasion comes it finds us unprepared. But that is fun too makes you keep on trying.

Well spotted!

Lucky bird to be immortalized!

Judging from the location it probably was a Red Tail Hawk but that's just an educated guess. Yes, sometimes it's better to enjoy the moment rather than fumble for the camera.
