This man really helped me understand the problem with my partially blocked bowel. I have long thought that my problem came from my bad habit of not chewing my food well and of not drinking enough water causing constipation. He confirmed that he believed this too. So drink more water, chew more often, eat smaller food, and best of all return to eating normally - I can have 30 grams of fiber a day. I need to wait a few days but I will be able to have a salad. OMG, this is like music to my ears. As for my heart - not AFIB, they are going to change my medication and the cardio doctor gave me a technique to bring down my heart rate. So not only going home happy but confident that I will not return soon.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond Since 2019 I could only eat carrots, green beats, beats, applesauce, and canned peaches. No whole grain products, no nuts, seeds, bacon, sausage, hot dogs, and several other things no I can eat more normally.
Great news Joan! Isn't it a relief when you know what is wrong and what to do to make it right? That's how I felt the day the doctor showed me the xray of my hip. Everything finally made sense.
I'm curious to know what the technique is to bring down your heart rate. Mine has been fluctuating and the doctor wanted to put me on medication but I don't think I really need it. I just need to do things that will keep it down.

Your doctor has kind eyes.
Great news!
Keep happy and keep healthy!
So glad to see that you are walking and getting exercise. That is so important!
