My feet

Thought I would take a picture of my feet to try to show my problem. My right foot is turned out like this (and sometimes more) even when I walk or drive the car. And maybe you can see how the ankle turns down because I have a very flat foot. This twisting has now affected my leg up to the hip. I have an insert of my shoe that helps. Before I got the new insert I was in pain. The insert and the exercises help. Try walking with one foot turned out. I can force it back to straight but that puts strain on other muscles and tendons. I also have bunions. The tendons on the inside of the for are kaput. But hey I have cute slippers.
