Tring a new way to cook my chicken. Poaching it is so healthy and good for making Chicken salad. I can eat it if I first dice it up small. I have lost another two pounds and am back on track after vacation. I also like that it is easy to do and easy to clean up.
We used to like to do this and add it to Asian Salad. Since Jay’s cardiologist recommended we eat Whole Food Plant Based, we are using tofu instead. Not the same, but not bad.
