Waiting for Auntie! by joansmor

Waiting for Auntie!

Wow! I posted a real actual person. My nephew went with me on this photo taking ride. This is the old country store and I wish, wish, wish, I could have taken pictures inside. They have penny candy (not a penny any more), pickles in a barrow and just about any thing you can think of that is not found in Wal-marts. The floors are old and it is just wonderful. My nephew said I could post his picture.
I like this very much Joan, his presence gives the picture life... unsurprisingly! I presume from what you say that the owners don't allow photography in their store - what a shame.

@vignouse Well, I didn't ask because I thought I remembered this from before. If I get there again Iv will ask because I thought of cell phones in those remote corners. I just never saw anyone to ask (I'm I too polite) until we got back to the front door and my feet were killing me.

@vignouse Back to this photo. This is something I like to do and like to have the person not looking at me (I did set this up) so it is good to know that others find it pleasing.

@joansmor Mrs S always says that it is easier to ask foregiveness than permission... she does that a lot!

This is a great picture, looks like something out of a movie.

Great shot! I doubt if they would mind if you took a few photos from inside. I have taken several shots in grocery stores and restaurants. No one ever stopped me. Plus it's free advertising for them especially if you mention the name.
