To try to please my mentor

@vignouse said on yesterdays picture "Very different view from the last time you were there... I think I like the gritty reality best so perhaps another visit is in the offing?" Not another visit just played with a picture I took until I felt I could post it. Ran several actions and cloned out things. Hope you like this one better. As always open to suggestion from anyone. I may be missing some the next couple of weeks and will post when I can. Not sure what we are doing. SO thank you for the time you spend looking at my project.
@vignouse This ones for you. Hope it pleases you. Not a great shot but think it's gritty.

Oh I like this one!! But I'm just a sucker for rundown, broken windows and things overgrown. That looks to be a huge mill and love the detail you caught with this shot. Of course the fall colors are an added bonus!

@ladygator we would have a ball in a mill yard like this and this is only a small portion. Think I might try going over the mills in the neighboring village too.

As you very well know Ms R, this is not about pleasing me, it's about you making the best of your ability. This I like, especially that you've shown the full extent of this rather sad building. Those trees are a bit pretty though with their autumn colours...wonder what it would look like in B&W? 😈 Fav anyway!

@vignouse Ah but if I can make my project better and please my mentor then why not. Umm didn't think about bw. Oh well another time. Maybe if I get to the other village.

@joansmor Oh a place like that would be so much fun! I don't think we have anything like this around here, but I think I will have to look and see.

I really like this shot. Brilliant processing. I really gets sense of abandonment about it. A big fave.

Great processing!

Love this, it all messes very well together even though you have different textures! Fav!

Nice capture! I also think that this is a sad commentary on today's times. Once those mills were thriving and busily polluting. Now they are empty abandoned like the people who sleep under the bridges or on park benches.

Great shot of a sad building I must say I agree with @janiskay

Nice shot, I like al the lines.

@janiskay They are slowly revitalizing these for homing etc. There are a couple of businesses in these believe it or not.

Great capture of all the lines. Fav

Love the way there is sunshine up at the top but the buildings in front have pretty colors also.
