zooom Betty

During lockdown I'm doing a project with my 11 year old great nephew, who lives 150 miles away . This week is zoom burst. Mine is a photoshop zoom and this is my best friend Betty.

How come you get a rotation instead of a radial effect with the zoom burst? Betty looks like a beautiful young gal, my Ala is so old now :(

@domenicododaro The effect is photoshop, radial blur on a layer - then layer mask to make Betty beautiful again - not camera zoom burst - I'm going into the garden tomorrow to experiment with that.
