Lensbaby mackerel - five lovely shiny mackerel. I love the lensbaby photos that @beachradish and @jodimuli do - but no fear of looking too much like theirs - just too much blur - but practise, practise, practise.
Thanks to everyone who's looked this week - I love and really appreciate all your comments. Wishing you a great weekend in the sunshine.
Well done! It has a sort of fish-eye look (no pun intended!) with the way the blurring has worked, which I think is very attractive. You are inspiring me to get mine out of its box and give it another chance.
@jocasta I bought the Muse from Amazon. I seem to get very-blurred or not-blurred-at-all photos from it. I'm sure if I gave it a try for a few days I'd start to get the hang of it. i think it's a question of patience. At the moment it's a bit like painting with watercolours though, I feel I have no control over it and it just does its own thing.
Love the way the blur is circular from the fish down, then the blur shapes change to be like the sun's rays to match the feet and legs. Either very clever or very lucky, either way, fab.
it's whimsy, it's current, it's crazy,it's artsy and love it-FAV !!---'i'm still struggling w/ my baby 'tho---but not gonna give up:)----love mackerel too but had grilled whiting for lunch today ---,delishh but soooo boney !!:D
