Follow the broken fence

I have friends who live in a 16th century house - the house and the garden are in need of a bit of repair - but all the 'broken' bits make for wonderful photos.
I've changed the name of the house for their privacy.

Hope you all have a great weekend - rather a lot of leaf sweeping for us.
I can well imagine it is a treasure trove of shots! Like your composition here - the gate post still stands very strong and proud.

I love the grittiness of this shot and the tones you have used. Wonderful pov - right up close and personal with the post - and superb composition. Fav from me!
