I was trying to put elements together that shouldn't go together - but ended up with this which doesn't meet my challenge at all.

Your work is also very good and varied so what to challenge you!
Looking back I see you had one challenge that I got the impression you were uncomfortable doing - a Selfie - so as this is a "pushed" challenge I would like you to try again but in the style of Vivian Maier -

@jocasta Know the feeling about losing the old mojo ! How about this. I would like you to capture something that is out of place. That can be a person or thing that is somewhere it shouldn't be. You can set it up or just capture something you see I leave it to you. Hopefully that will give you something to set the mind going and mojo juices flowing again. Have fun
