does anyone know the name ?
Does anyone know the name of this plant - it's quite tall - I'd like to plant it at the back of my border.

I have no idea - it looks "thistle" like, could it be a "weed"???

Looks similar to a red sweet sultan, but I'm thinking that may not be exactly right. Definitely in the thistle family.

Thanks very much - now have a name for it and even found a nursery 20 mins away which sells it.

Well done for finding out what it is. I'd like some of this in my garden too to go along with the typical lilac coloured thistles xx
