Very cool capture. I will use the word "clever" as well, as it fits so perfectly! Oregon does not have any privately owned beaches...they are all public. Property owners own up to the beach only. There are always plenty of access points for pedestrians and several places that you can drive on the beach. I could understand though if you DID own that part of the beach you would not want cars racing down your piece of paradise. Just glad we can have access.
