This was my Grandmother's. I always thought it was a whiskey decanter but I think that it is really a dresser or old perfume jar. It is about 7 inches tall.
I'm not a drinker so I have no idea on how large a whiskey decanter would be, but I'm thinking it wouldn't be made of cut glass and only 7" tall. It seems more like a perfume bottle to me as well. Well-captured too. The sparkly bokeh adds to the elegance of perfume.
Truly appreciate the kind comments and favs. My Grandmother lived in LA so there would have been many stores to find such a large amount of perfume. I figured out how to make it shine, white vinegar and dawn (5% vinegar and 95% dawn soap).
