Still stands

The Benton County State Bank building still stands although not a bank any longer. There have been many changes in town since this was built back in 1907. Reading the historical plaque on the buildings side I learned that a saloon, which had burned down, was on the site. Corvallis had become a 'dry' town back in 1905 but isn't that way any longer. This is a college town and drinking establishments are rather popular to say the least.

There is an interesting result with this reflection. It now looks like the bank is lost in the woods like Sleeping Beauty's castle.
