I took this during NF-SOOC month so I couldn't used it then. My creative voice was stymied yesterday and the edit deities were not in my corner either.

So grateful for your kind and supportive comments. I was just shooting with my iPhone through my front window. The two guys were just walking by. The rain seems to coat it like this. I don't remember using anything special.
