In many ways this is crazy. This all started with sitting on the couch in the sun reading. I noticed the shadow of my coat rack (the spider looking bit) on the door across the room. I liked the contrasts but it really didn't have any movement, which is what I am trying to focus on this month. I took a phone shot anyway. I continued to read and then looked up again and the shadow had moved further across the door. A pattern, oh boy movement....
Then I did a bit of edits in snapseed and tried to download them to my computer. I have an iPhone and an PC which of course have major issues from the get go. The images wouldn't copy/download. To make a long frustrating story shorter and after numerous re-starts and a few choice words, I was able to download via email on my phone. Then the fun of edits on my computer started. I won't bore you with the numerous edits that this went through.
In retrospect, I think that looks kinda like a Rorschach test for the 21st century.
It does look like the spider is running away!
I hear you on the phone>computer hassle. All my stuff is MAC but I still have trouble getting my phone to share pictures with my laptop.
Very cool! I have to send any picture I take on my phone to my email if I want a picture from my phone on my computer too. It's convoluted, but at least it works. I really like the pattern of the moving shadow- good idea and great processing!
Thank you a great deal. Shadows are a blessing at times. Of course sitting on the couch and just watching them is a great way to spend (waste) time all in the name of art, right.....
