I braved 27 miles of bumps, rocks, tight turns and high/deep ruts going 20mph to get here. The view is so worth knowing that I would be repeating the fun. This what Sedona Arizona might look like if it were a national park or protected area. The town of Sedona lies just to the east of this area.
@golftragic I like the name that is called. Fits to the road. Also keeps most tourists away from this area.
@thistle Thank you so kindly for the fav, I find that since I've moved here I am a lot more adventurous on back roads.
@gamelee The back country around Sedona is quite nice and very picturesque. I feel lucky to be able to see and explore at least some of it.
@domenicododaro We just got new tires on my husband's Subaru so the bumps were not so bad. Definitely wouldn't take my Bug on on this one. The view was very much worth the 'fun'.
@haskar Thank you so very much, truly appreciate the fav. The red rocks of Sedona are so amazing.
@deborah63 I agree that have named it correctly. The road (when open) is does go down to Sedona but I have my limits for courage.
@stephanies Thank you so kindly for the fav, the drive out there was worth it. @yrhenwr The view is amazing but the drop off should always be respected. We have a Subaru, she was made to off-road,
