This little piece of street art showed up about 3 weeks ago. I saw another, similar one near the new library, nearby.
It is a man. Painting, it looks like.
I think it was done with shoe polish.

@cejaanderson I was just fascinated by how it was only 8 swipes of the brush, or perhaps the sponge-thing on the end of a shoe polish bottle, and look what he (or she) created. And the thoughts of its conception behind it. There is another near the library, different, however. I did not think it as good. Perhaps I should look at it again. The artist's intent is obvious here; perhaps the intent is more subtle in the other.
