Diego still isn’t 100% despite a lot of time at home and some good sleep. In this shot, Oso seems to know. Our dog - as well as our extremely elusive cat - often seems intuitive about his humans’ well-being. When we’re sick, he tends to us with sweet kisses and snuggles. So while my brain tells me Diego probably had some leftover jelly on his hand from his morning toast, my heart wants to believe Oso is licking the boy to encourage healing.
