This is an outcrop of Keuper Marl standing above the Somerset Levels at Burrowbridge, The ruined chapel is one of the rebuilds of the original 13th Century chapel of St Michael belonging to Athelney Abbey. It's a very visible landmark because the wetlands that surround it are so flat.
