it's a good thing that all the maize crops were harvested before the recent deluge! It's hard to remember the lush green of the crop just a few weeks ago. This area is up on high ground on top of a hill - much of the Somerset Levels is already under water with several roads flooded. Still, looking on the bright side, it hasn't rained today!
