Stembridge Tower Mill by julienne1

Stembridge Tower Mill

This is the last remaining thatched windmill in England and belongs to the National Trust. It was built in 1822 and was in use until 1910 and is situated just a few hundred yards from my house in High Ham. There is another picture I posted here http://365project.org/julienne1/365/2015-02-17

Beautiful shot. I used to wish I lived in a windmill when I was a child.

This is a fabulous shot. You did the windmill a service by catching the sunset behind it. I have to fav this since it is the last remaining thatched windmill in England. Thanks for the history lesson.
