Bleak midwinter

Very cold today along the River Parrett trail at Langport. It looks pretty full but thankfully no flooding apart from the usual overflows onto the Levels,

It all looks very calm but I can see the mud in the foreground. Pretty slippery no doubt. Really like the colours and reflections in the river.
