Tufts of lichen

I think this is ramalina siliquosa or Sea Ivory but I'm no lichen expert! It's also in the middle of Somerset which is hardly coastal, but it's some sort of ramalina anyway. It's fairly prolific in our local woods.

Thanks for comment on my fulmar I have no idea what the population is like in your area but if you ever travel to the North East in the spring let me know and I can point you to several places where you can get close! I was in the woods today and took some lichens too.... lovely image.
