It always looks a bit incongruous to me seeing cormorants perching in a rather ungainly fashion in the middle of fields. It's true there is plenty of water around on the Levels but for some reason cormorants always seem to like this particular fence well away from the rhynes. No doubt when they've dried off a bit they'll resume fishing somewhere.
