Hang gliding..or not...

The other night when we were down at the beach we saw this group trying to get this Hang Glider airborne.. they just seem to be doing it all wrong, (because we are expert...Not) They had a tow vehicle and every time they gathered some momentum he stopped.. so this hang glider never go off the ground..
